High School Graduation Celebration
The Master-Pieced Inc. Youth Mentoring Program for first generation high school students aims at supporting immigrant and first-generation students in navigating the challenges of education, career planning, and personal development in the U.S.
Objectives of the program
Many first-generation students lack access to mentorship from family members who have navigated the U.S. education system. This program guides academic success, college applications, career exploration, and skill-building.
The program equips students with the knowledge and resources needed to pursue college or vocational pathways confidently, including scholarship opportunities and financial literacy education.
First-generation students often face cultural challenges, including language barriers and identity struggles. The mentoring program helps them integrate while maintaining their cultural heritage.
By connecting students with mentors who have successfully navigated similar experiences, the program fosters self-confidence, leadership skills, and resilience
The program introduces students to networking, career planning, and internship opportunities, helping them prepare for future professional success.
First-generation students often feel isolated in their experiences. This program builds a network of support, ensuring that students feel encouraged and empowered to achieve their goals.

Since its inception in 2021, this program has mentored over 15 students and seen 3 seniors graduate to college. This year we are celebrating our 4 incredible graduating senior mentees, and we need YOUR support to make this event unforgettable!
