Master-Pieced’s mission is to empower immigrants and BIPOCs thrive and succeed in new communities by providing comprehensive support, resources, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Through education, advocacy, and collaboration, we aim to break down barriers, build bridges, and create pathways to success for immigrants as they pursue their dreams and contribute to the rich tapestry of our society

Our Board members come from diverse professional and philanthropic backgrounds. They are committed to supporting Master-Pieced’s and its strategic initiatives and leveraging corporate, nonprofit and philanthropic relationships to ensure sufficient resources are available to advance our impact, as we strive towards helping immigrants and minorities succeed through our programs in the communities we serve.

They believe in the strength and tremendous abilities of our immigrant and minority communities, the hard work and diverse perspectives that we all bring to the table to make America great, and a conviction that this same global diversity will help to solve the challenges that lay before us.
