Program Overview
The Master-Pieced College Pathway Bridge Builders aligns with our mission of empowerment through mentorship and community building. This program supports minority college students while creating a pipeline of mentors for our high school program can be both fun and strategic by focusing on belonging, leadership, growth, and purpose.
Goals
- Support minority college students in their academic and personal success
- Build leadership and mentoring skills
- Create a cycle of giving back by mentoring high school students
- Provide a support network and professional development opportunities
Monthly Program Calendar (Sept – April)
Format: Monthly 90-minute meetups (alternating virtual and in-person or hybrid), with:
- Peer connection
- Professional development
- Leadership training
- Service/mentorship to high school mentees
